Lisa’s passion for dance and creative expression has been a lifelong journey, which truly blossomed after taking her first pole dancing class in 2020. She was drawn to the beauty and expansive nature of pole dancing, and the variety of styles offered allowing each individual to express themselves through movement.
Lisa found and refined her own style of pole dancing through strong influences of exotic and hard style dance. You can usually find her in 9” or 10” pole heels! Coming from a ballet and lyrical dance background infused with exotic and hard style dance, she is passionate about helping others find their own unique movement style.
Lisa is currently certified and licensed in Liquid Motion and Liquid Heels.

Chris has been moving, flowing & dancing their way though life as long as they can remember. It is important for Chris to emphasize that dance and movement can be so much more than outward expression. The inner healing, empowerment, and love that dance and movement can provide to the individual and the community.
Chris took a deep dive into Samba back in 2011, and never turned back. along with their love of samba. It is Chris's goal to help provide a safe, supportive and authentic space for you to delve into and move with that inner expression.

Kellie walked into her first Liquid Motion class 8 years ago and never looked back. She has since become licensed and certified in the Liquid movement methodology, enamored by the wholeness and power she felt as a result of engaging in creative, sensual movement.
She is also Liquid Pole Certified, as well as XPERT certified in Pole levels 1&2 after poling for 8 years. One of Kellies proudest moments was dancing throughout her pregnancy and experiencing the shifts in her movement practice that came with each trimester. She loves to dance and move within this supportive, inclusive community. Her goal is to keep that momentum going through teaching exploration of floor work and pole while promoting reflection of each students’ inner strengths.
